We use your data to: match you with routes and drivers, send ride updates and service communications, improve our matching algorithm, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Location Data
We collect location data only during active rides to enable live tracking and route optimization. This data is retained for 30 days for safety review purposes, then deleted.
4. Data Sharing
Your name and pickup location are shared with your assigned driver and co-passengers on your route — this is necessary to operate the service. We share data with service providers (payment processors, cloud infrastructure) under strict data processing agreements.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit. Payment information is processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner and never stored on our servers.
