1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Flow service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Flow provides a subscription-based cab pooling service for office commuters in Bangalore. We connect verified drivers with commuters sharing similar routes through a fixed-route, fixed-schedule model.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly in advance. You authorize Flow to charge your selected payment method on the billing date. Prices are subject to change with 14 days notice.
4. Cancellations and Pauses
You may cancel your subscription with 7 days written notice before the next billing cycle. You may pause rides for up to 5 working days per month at no additional charge.
5. Code of Conduct
Users must treat drivers and co-passengers with respect. Harassment, abuse, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flow is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events. Our liability for service failures is limited to a credit equal to the affected day's pro-rated subscription cost.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
